Was just wondering if this was an ok car to learn to drift on? I am just starting career and like how it looks so going to try and unlock it. Curious for feedback as well as whether or not it is unlockable. Thanks.

Ok dude , if you are new you are unaware of the stigma that comes with that car. I have never drifted it but a TON of people used to. For awhile it was the most over used car on forza for drifting. Is the car good? Yes , almost too good. I believe its banned from most competitions at this point. I suggest starting with a sprinter or silvia , although I started off drifting muscle cars when I started. 69 Camaro is good.

Ive currently been using the 1990 Savanna RX-7 since its the first car I got in career. I seem to be doing semi decent with it. Just don't like the look of it that much. Thats why I was most interested in the INGS, heh.

I think the 90 looks sexy. Dare I say the sexiest one on Forza 2 (only because the 80's models are missing) That is a good car for sliding.

I'm not aware of the car being banned anywhere. There was talk at FMDA of Blackjack banning it and the Viper from their Round 2 Tournament. But that has nothing to do with any other competition or personal battles in any way.

@ the OP. If you want to use the INGS, have at it. Its like this, its a video game, drive whatever the hell you wanna drive, lol. But for myself, I prefer the Gen 3 or Spirit R.

Yeah , just be prepared , a lot of people will give you ish for driving that car. You may aswell go for a production model. I like rx-7's on the game and in real life but they are by no means a favorite of mine. I don't like how the rotary performs on the game.

I'm not a big fan of the INGS. I prefer the Gen-3 or the Spirit R.

I personally use the INGS RX-7 as my main drift car. I have been using this car sinc Forza 1, so I did not "jump on the bandwagon" at all. I like this car alot, but thats just my personally taste. Use whatever car you like.

As for it being a good drift car, here are some of my achievements with it:

Personal Record 19-0
Winner of 6 32 man competitions
Winner of the Hotlanta Drift Tournment
Never lost a battle in a team v team battles

This car just fit my personal style and the car fits me. I have been using it for a long time and it is what works for me. Just try a bunch of cars and use the one that feels the best to you.

Yeah, that's happened to me 2 times. Once, I could only scroll through 5 of my cars. If I'd scroll past those my game would freeze. And the other time my save just disappeared. I loaded it up and it was like a completely new game. Back then though, I didn't have any good cars so it wasn't as big of a dea.

(:Moved to Forza Drifting section:)

The argument that the INGS RX-7 is too good, is lame.

Most of the information you need to know has already been stated.

The car doesn't make you better or faster. It's you. Try out all types of cars.

It really doesn't make you better or faster. I like the car, but I'm better in other cars.

I loved the look but HATED the gigantic wing, lol. I still preferred the Spirit R.
