I suck at taking pictures at Silverstone, so I need you guys to tell me which on of these pictures I should enter in the photo comp for this car.

Jeez that was a hard pick, and it was tied for me between Two and Three. But I liked 3 because it reminded me of a vintage 90's race picture with a hint of Sepia.

Your brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, and aperture all look fine. The only thing wrong with a lot of your shots is the angle and distance you usually take your pictures at. Most of the pictures are too far away to actually see any detail of the car. This being a photo contest using a specific livery, the detail would be my first concern.
If this were real life, you wouldn't have a big issue because the standard image today's digital cameras take are large enough to where you can resize and crop all you want. With Forza, you have a 500-600px image to work with so you have to take that into consideration when you snap your pix.
I like 3 because of the angle and zoom alone. The color and contrast on 4 make it stand out a bit from the rest. I see where you were going with the angle and shutter speed. If the camera were a little closer to the car, it would be pure win.
I don't consider myself an expert but I'm just telling you my opinion and what I know from experimenting with taking pictures. =)
