This is a pretty popular thread on fm.net so I thought I would start one here for us to do. What you do is run a completely stock car around the ring (Rolling Lap) and post the time here. I will update the times in the OP. Let's see what cars are the fastest!

EDIT: You cannot run a car that has already been placed on the leaderboard until the majority of the cars in the game have been run. Once the majority of the cars have been run we can start trying to knock each other out of spots, but I don't want that happening when there are still 300+ cars to run.

Production Car Lap Times:

Well good thing for him this isn't like real life. It would be a long walk once his VW breaks down on the backside of Nur.

^^ First of all, a mind is a terrible thing to be wasted all the time....lol. Secondly, aren't you the proud owner of a Nissan Maxima, the car super well known for having a bazillion transmission issues? It's hard to get around a track without being able to move, lol. So take your VW hate elsewhere, we don't like your kind around these here parts.... Cool

1. A simple typing error , I am not intoxicated right now. In fact I am at work so I was probably listening to some idiot babble on my phone whilst typing.
2. My max has over 100k and no issues with the tranny (knock on wood)
3. I was just playing about VW's. If you want to overpay for the amount of car you receive thats your own problem.

I didn't overpay for a thing, as a matter of fact, my car is worth more now than when I picked it up 9 years ago. So meh to you, lol.

Laughing Yeah I am just being an a**. But I don't understand the pricing of their new vehicles. One could get a comprable car from an American or Japanese manufacturer for much less. And then not have to pay out the peehole for parts.

New VDubs don't have the same soul. They forgot their roots or something. The used to have a great car at at even better price, now not so much.

What do you mean rolling lap? I really don't want to do 2 laps lol. If I do it I am going to do from a stop.

Lol, you don't have to do 2 laps. When the race starts, don't cross the starting line, back up, turn around, and go down the straight away for a bit, turn back around, and boom, there ya go.

"for a bit" leaves a lot open to interpretation there. The farther back you go the faster you will cross the line thus the better the time. Why wouldn't you just start from stop so all are the same? I am sure the times recorded for Nur in real life are from a stop. But gotcha , rolling start it is. I am going to run some tonight.
