I hate to say it but I wasn't overly impressed. It still has the super dark shadows and stuff. Your character doesn't shift. it looks like fm2.1

I would have to disagree with you for sure. The physics are much improved, the track looked amazing. I could give 2 sh*ts about the shift animation, lol.

This will sound terrible but here goes.....
I have been playing nfs shift and believe it or not the in car in shift is way better. Its fast , its intense , its awesome. Obviously forza will be awesome and will be something I play a ton while shift gathers dust. I am just saying I wish it was a little more like shifts in car. Shift has a better sense of speed , which is surprising considering it runs at 30 fps. When you drive a fast car on shift its intense as hell.

That arcadey "I'm only doing 60mph but it feels like I'm doing 2341234mph" stuff is exactly why I'm not a fan of recent NFS games.

The demo for fm3 had stock cars and just wait till the full game come out but for you try to compare shift to fm3

I just said that I did two laps in the ferrari and quit playing is all. It didn't blow my mind or anything.
Will I be on fm3 all the time? yes.
Will fm3 be the best racing game up to this point? yes (until gt5 perhaps)

I feel what your saying Grim IT loooks retartd with out shif animation and how the in car view is like so f*ck*ng close idk it needs to be like dirt 1 were you could chose the windshield view or the farther back helmet this one is like in betweeen both.

I don't get the whole thing about the shift animation. To me, and its just my opinion, that is such an inessential item. I get that you think it feels like FM2, because it does, only way better. So many game makers take awesome games, and instead of building on the successful platform and improving it, they make a whole new platform and style of gameplay. Which can in certain instances ruin a game entirely. I firmly believe that Turn 10 120% did the right thing by making this feel like a severely upgraded Forza 2, with better physics, graphics, and gameplay. I think to lose the essence of FM2 and create a whole new game devoid of that feeling would have been a huge mistake.
P.S. The position of the in car view, while sexy, is indeed in an awkward position, somewhere between the windshield and the driver. But its still amazing to look at, lol.
P.P.S. No Homoz were hurt in the making of this post.

You make a great point tiger. I guess we will just have to wait till the full game to realy give a good jugdment on the game.

I am going to keep playing shift , fun a** game. Yesterday I spent the afternoon drifting online and NEVER lost. For well over an hour not only did I win everytime I crushed everytime. I would win and the room host would quit and the same thing happened over and over. I LOL'd all day.

LOL my bad i didnt see you said you were playing shift online. lolz i thought you were saying fm3 demo had a online. cool beans. Im not silly im in a rage my xbox is broke. Im going threw withdrawls without it. I usaly stay up till like 2-3 am playing it every night now its shower at 10:30 And bed by 11. SO f*ck*ng GAY
