Bump...

I would like to stress the importance of the OP of this thread because I feel it's a good reminder of how if we can pull it together, we can achieve some pretty cool things and have some good times. But it's also a reminder that if we're going to continue to do this thing, I need some help, or some some drive or something...

During my time away (or less frequent time on the box lately) I have done a lot of thinking about the future for me. I hate to put this out in the open like this but I'm not sure if any other way really get's the point across. I'm going to briefly touch on some of the thoughts and I'll elaborate more towards the end of the weekend.

This is to everyone:
The time is coming that I will soon have to make some important decisions in my life. And what little free time I have, right now I try to spend most of it on Forza or xbox in general.

Currently as a team, we really don't drift together as much as we all used to or as much as I would like, if we drift at all. Yes, some of you do when I'm not on at midnight or a couple hours before I get up for work, so I understand I miss out on some of the occasions. Whether it's bad timing, or lack of interest or a combination of both it's not exactly the feeling I was hoping for or expecting by now and it's certainly not how it should be for a drift team that's trying to stay on top. I predicted that naturally, we'd lose a couple people after the first couple months but had confidence in the fact that things were supposed to be "different" this time around... and well, from what I've sen so far... it's not. I think it's time for a different outlook.

I'm really hoping the plans I/we had for the future will still come to fruition, but at the current rate we're heading, I have to be honest; thing's don't look very promising. Some changes need to happen and some sh*t needs to get set straight asap.

I put almost everything I have into DIS. I probably spend way too much energy in doing so. It's a sacrifice I've been willing to make for some time now. But sometimes get the notion that what I want for the team might not be what everyone else wants. If I'm doing something wrong, stop me now because I'm at a loss...

Bottom line:
I know we've briefly discussed future ideas but If we're going to continue forward, I need help. And quite frankly, WE need help. I'm open to more suggestions or ideas but I really need to see some motivation, some teamwork and just some more involvement.

Judging how this weekend and/or this thread goes, it will most likely reflect the rest of my thoughts.

Thank you for reading.
